Self-Forgiveness Week- Day 6 Past Wrong Decisions


         This page is written summary of instructions that Author gives during her daily- ‘Free Online Forgiveness Sessions’. Motivated by Master Faith Sawey's, in her one of the most astonishing class 'Applied Spiritual Technology' (Manila, Philippines), Author started hosting this online sessions in September 2019, as a part of her service. Author learned this technique from her spiritual Guru, Master Choa Kok Sui of GMCKS Pranic Healing School. These instructions are a part of self-reflection practice guided by Author before practicing ‘Forgiveness Technique’. Every day, she focuses on particular aspect of self/ of life/ of behavior or of relationship, when we have ever hurt either ourselves or others.

 

                            Based on her own experiences and many previous researches, she believes regular self-reflection practice helps to be a better person.  And therefore, she highly recommends regular practice of this technique.

Welcome to the Day 6 of Self-Forgiveness Workout!

Today we are practicing self-forgiveness for Past Wrong Decisions we did.

Recall the time when you have ever criticizes yourselves for wrong decisions you made …..

 

At some point of time in our life, we make wrong choices and bad decisions, may be related to our studies, career, job, choosing relations, investments or anything else. Reasons we made wrong decisions, could be because we were surrounded in bad circumstances, our in-capabilities, ignorance, because some people or group of people influenced us etc…… this list is too big to count down. All of us have made wrong decisions, but only few are able to let them go. It may or may not be easy to forgive our SELF for these choices, but if we want to move ahead, to be very happy, healthy and prosperous we all shall learn to let it go. And this is possible only if we let go ourselves ….

We made mistakes for once, but keep our SELF blaming for whole time, treating like we are dead already, before the actual time. Yes, we can’t go back in the past to change that situation, to change our decisions. But it doesn’t allow us to let our presence and future be affected by those decisions. But unfortunately, we keep hanging in dark past events, blaming for those wrong decisions and therefore, are not able to focus on present and to dream for better tomorrow. May be some of us are still suffering because of those bad choices, but, for sure we can change it. How? Until and unless we stop tormenting and blaming ourselves, we can’t actually live today. Until and unless we forgive ourselves, we will never be able to look at things clearly to come up with solution. We will never be able to clean out the mess we made yesterday. To have bright tomorrow, we must learn to let it go.

There is no point in cursing for those bad circumstances, people or ourselves either. The reality is, we attracted those bad episodes to learn out of our bad decisions. Law to karma says, we, as a soul decides blueprint of our life for particular incarnation, depending upon best of the best option to neutralize our karma. So, once we learn the lesson out of our mistakes- bad choices, we can easily cut down the series of bad episodes in our life. No one else, but actually we chose those bad decisions to learn something, we were meant to took those decisions. Neither it was our fault nor mistake. It was actually our way of learning… so we shall stop this, right now!

 Let’s stop blaming and tormenting our SELF, let’s forgive our SELF, for all the past bad decision we ever did.
